On 7th September 2007 35028 hauled a VSOE Excursion to Canterbury. This was the first tour since being out of traffic for a short period for annual maintenance. The tour went well and Clan Line returned the train to London Victoria ahead of the scheduled time. This was helped by unusually being able to run straight into Victoria without being held for pathing or platform clearance. Here are a few photographs taken at Victoria showing close inspection by the support team, the Traction Inspector, and public alike. Our thanks to Horace Ward for the photographs.
